THE PRINCIPAL SCHEME OF BUILING OF THE TomMC

The Tomsk Mining Company is the first regional specialised complex mini-holding of the territiry of Siberia,created for development of the all kinds of the mineral resources of the Tomsk oblast (besides oil and gas).

Together with similar companies of the neighbouring regions the TomMC will be the part of the Siberian mining holding, which will be created in the nearest future on the territory of Central Siberia (partially - one of Interregional Association "Siberian Agreement" and Siberian Federal District).

The legal form of the TomMC is the Society with Limited Responsibility (Ltd) with possible following reorganisation in the Open Join-Stock Company. The state part in the Statut capital of the TomMC will be not more than 25%.

Organisation structure of the TomMC consists from three main blocks :

1-st block is mining
includes 7 mining specialised enterprises, named conditionally as departments (pink - colour on the scheme), determined by kinds of concrete mineral raw materials:

1- polymetals, rare and precious metals 2- building - raw materials 3- peat - coal resources 4- iron ore

5- zircon - titanium placer 6- glass - ceramics raw materials 7- hydromineral resources

2-nd block is processed
includes about 20 plants, complexes, factories, technological lines for enreachment, preparation of corresponding mined raw materials and producing of finished production or half-finished products (blue colour on the scheme). At this all productions are complex, providing the total extraction of the main and accompanying components and their rational use.

3-rd block is service
includes 6 enterprises and organisations ensuring fulfilment of specialised boring and transport works, material-technical ensuring and realisation of finished production, scientific accompanement of the company and projecting of geological-prospect works and financing. These organisation can be no part of the TomMC structure, and have in its statute capital its part being about 25%.
