PAROVINCHACK Mikhail Stepanovich
General Director

Graduated the Tomsk State University by speciality "Geological survey and search of mineral deposits". From 1974 till 1984 worked in oil-extracting branch on different geological posts - from prospect operator to the chief geologist. He is decorated by medals "For development of bowels of the Western Siberia" and "For Labour Merit". In 1995 he worked on probation in oil-gas fields in US companies, California. He was one of the founder of new for the Tomsk oblast the gas extracting branch, lead the geological Services of the TomskGas, TomskGasProm, and the VostockGasProm. In 1999 he was given the title of "The Honoured geologist of the RF". He is author and coauthor of more than 50 publication, 5 geological - economical maps, more than 15 patents and inventions. He took part in the World geological congress in Brasilia, Rio-de-Janeiro. He is one of authors of creation of the Siberian mining holding, founder and leader of the TomMC.

LUNEV Vladimir Ivanovich

Graduated the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute by speciality "Exploitation of power paints". From 1974 till 2001 he worked in it as technician, laboratory assistant, engineer, junior research worker, head of the scientific - research laboratory, general director of the Scientific Research Centre "SibSRC AP". He had defended the candidate (1987) and doctor (1999) theses. He is specialist in the field of control of the natural surroundings objects, has more than 200 published works, including 20 inventions in the field of search, prospect and complex exploitation of mineral deposits. In the "TomMC" he lead direction for development and introduction of new technologies of preparation, processing and enrichment of extracted raw materials and rational use.

Graduated the Tomsk State University by speciality "Geological survey and search of mineral deposits". He is the candidate of the geological - mineralogical sciences, docent. He graduated education in the TSU doctoranture,prepared to defence the doctor thesis. His scientific activity is closely connected with work of geological producing organisations. He leaded and took direct part in realisation of number of geological survey and searching projects in the frameworks of the economical contract works. His scientific interest are determined by theme "Morphotectonics, magmatism and mineralgenesis of the Siberia riftogenous zones". He is scientific leader of the Program of development of the mining complex of the Tomsk oblast up to 2025, which is composed by the TomMC with participation of subcontract scientific organisations.
